Mr. Douglas has sixteen years of experience in the technology industry. From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Douglas was employed in the technology industry at Cisco Systems, Inc., San Jose, California, where he was a Senior Manager and Electrical Engineer. His professional experiences include developing sonar imaging systems, sonar navigation systems, wireless communication systems, and signal interception systems. Mr. Douglas’ work in the field of electrical engineering has resulted in 35 patents. While working in the technology industry, he began researching and developing his own proprietary trading systems using real time trading of proprietary assets to test the application of detection and estimation theory - gained from his experience in signal processing research - to the stock selection targeting for high expected returns. In 2007, Mr. Douglas successfully applied these trading strategies to real time trading of managed client accounts. In 2007 he founded DCM, LLC an Illinois and California registered investment advisor firm.

Mr. Douglas is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Illinois, where he was awarded a bachelor of science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1988; a master of science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1989 and a doctorate in Electrical Engineering in 1993.  Mr. Douglas is FINRA Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor) examination qualified and an Illinois and California registered investment advisor representative of DCM.
